MyGLPMap started as a personal cooking notebook. One of us was on Mounjaro, eating less than ever, and quietly losing muscle along with the fat. The recipe internet had two modes: aggressive "before & after" content, or wellness blogs that ignored the realities of medication.
We wanted something in between: practical, honest, and budget-friendly. Recipes that work when your stomach is sensitive. Tips that respect your time and your wallet. No miracle smoothies.
Every recipe here is tested by someone actually on a GLP-1 — not for content, but because they had to eat dinner that night. That's the bar.
