Ingredients

  • 021 red bell pepper, diced
  • 032 carrots, diced
  • 041 cup diced tomatoes
  • 054 cups broth + 1 tsp turmeric
  • 06Garlic, onion, basil

Instructions

    Soften onion, garlic, peppers 4 min.

    Add carrots, lentils, tomatoes, broth.

    Simmer 20 min until lentils break down.

    Stir in basil. Serve warm.
