Why it helps on GLP-1

Cod is one of the densest food sources of B12 — the vitamin most linked to mood and energy. Sweet potato delivers B6, which converts tryptophan into serotonin.

  • 022 sweet potatoes, cubed
  • 03Olive oil, garlic, paprika
  • 04Lemon, parsley
  • 05Salt, pepper

Instructions

  1. 1

Roast sweet potato at 400°F for 20 min.

  2. 2

Add cod, season, top with lemon.

  3. 3

    Bake 12 min more.

  4. 4

    Finish with parsley.
