Calcium-Rich Spinach & Feta Egg Bake

Ingredients

  • 022 cups spinach
  • 031/2 cup crumbled feta
  • 041 small onion, diced
  • 05Olive oil
  • 06Salt, pepper, nutmeg

Instructions

    Heat oven to 375°F.

    Sauté onion and spinach 4 min.

    Whisk eggs; pour into a baker.

    Top with veg and feta. Bake 22 min.
