Greek Yogurt Berry Parfait
Why it helps on GLP-1

26g of protein in five minutes. Cool yogurt is well-tolerated when warm food turns the stomach, and probiotics support GI balance during medication adjustment.

Ingredients

  • 011 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt (0%)
  • 021/2 cup mixed berries
  • 032 tbsp low-sugar granola
  • 041 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 051 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. 1

Spoon half the yogurt into a glass or jar.

  2. 2

Layer half the berries, granola, and chia.

  3. 3

Repeat with the remaining yogurt and toppings.

  4. 4

Drizzle honey if using and eat slowly.

GLP-1 notes
  • ·Skip granola if texture is hard that day — yogurt alone still gives 22g of protein.
  • ·Frozen berries work and cost less; thaw 5 min for a softer bite.
  • ·Add a scoop of vanilla protein powder for 35g+ protein.
