GLP-1 notes
- ·Greek yogurt sauce keeps the fat low — gentler on a sensitive GI tract.
- ·Eat slowly; 42g of protein satiates fast on GLP-1 meds.
- ·Leftovers store well; assemble bowls fresh to avoid soggy lettuce.
