Ingredients

  • 011 lb (450 g) 93/7 lean ground beef or turkey
  • 024 cups shredded romaine
  • 031 cup diced tomato
  • 041/2 cup diced dill pickle
  • 051/2 cup diced red onion
  • 061/2 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar
  • 071 tsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder, salt & pepper
  • 08Sauce: 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp mustard, 1 tbsp pickle relish

Instructions

    Brown the ground beef in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.

    Season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

    Whisk all sauce ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.

    Layer bowls: romaine on the bottom, then beef, tomato, pickle, onion, cheese.

    Drizzle with sauce and serve immediately.
