Low-Fat Tzatziki & Pitas

Ingredients

  • 012 cups non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 021 cucumber, grated and squeezed dry
  • 032 garlic cloves, minced
  • 04Fresh dill, lemon juice
  • 054 whole grain pitas
  • 06Cherry tomatoes, cucumber sticks

Instructions

    Squeeze water out of grated cucumber.

    Mix yogurt with cucumber, garlic, dill, lemon.

    Refrigerate 20 min to thicken.

    Warm pitas. Serve with tzatziki and veg.
