Turkey is one of the highest dietary sources of tryptophan — the amino acid your brain uses to manufacture serotonin.

Ingredients

  • 014 oz sliced turkey breast
  • 022 tbsp hummus
  • 031 whole grain wrap
  • 041 cup baby spinach
  • 051/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 061 tomato, sliced

Instructions

  1. 1

    Warm wrap 10 sec.

  2. 2

    Spread hummus across wrap.

  3. 3

    Layer turkey, spinach, cucumber, tomato.

  4. 4

    Roll tightly; slice in half.

GLP-1 notes
